DESCRIPTION:Cette journée d’étude\, organisée par Marie-Lucie Copete (Université Rouen Normandie\, ERIAC)\, Juan Carlos Estenssoro Fuchs\, (Université Paris Sorbonne Nouvelle\, CRAEC) et Michèle Guillemont (Université de Lille\, CECILLE)\, prendra la forme d’un atelier dans lequel on s’intéressera aux approches stratégiques multiples mises en place par différents pouvoirs et à celles des individus qui prétendent accéder à des droits ou à des bénéfices en tant que pauvre\, humble\, simple\, misérable\, indien\, vulgo\, etc. On ne s’attachera pas à étudier ces catégories en tant que telles\, mais on adoptera des points de vue pluriels : le manque\, le besoin et la nécessité. La réflexion portera également sur les politiques d’assistance à différentes échelles et sur les individus qui instrumentalisent ces catégories.
